Instructor's Note	The Spring and Summer 2004 selection on the New Deal is a shortened version of previous years.  The two lectures offered present an overview of the New Deal.  However, even in the overview, you will see that this was an extremely productive era in American government and society.  There are many details that may simply disappear into the background.  Therefore, I have made available to you the more detailed lectures of the previous semesters.  You will not be quizzed on these, but they will be of great help in answering some of the broader essay questions you may see on the test.
